How long is the delivery time?
In-stock items are normally shipped within 1-3 days.
How do you ship?
Within Sweden, we send to the nearest DHL Servicepoint or DB Schenker agent. For other countries, we ship with UPS. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
How do I pay?
G Pay, Klarna or card. May vary depending on which country you order from.
Shipping
Within Sweden Individuals: Shipping fee 49 sek, regardless of order size.
Within Sweden Business: Shipping fee SEK 199, regardless of order size.
Other countries: Shipping fee SEK 199, regardless of order size.
Currently, sales take place to customers in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We cannot accept orders from other countries via the webshop.
Applicable corporate customers are RAM Nordic AB distributor of RAM® Mounts in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
How long is the warranty period?
Lifetime warranty on all mechanical items. Items that contain electronic components have a 1-3 year warranty.
Defective part is replaced after approved complaint, exchange or upgrade is not possible. A delivery note is attached to the delivery, which is valid as a guarantee certificate.
The warranty covers the parts from RAM® Mounts, not the mounted unit or the location where the mount is installed. Always follow your manufacturer's recommendations for your device and where it is intended to be mounted, e.g. from Apple or vehicle manufacturers.

Can I return?
You have the right to return ordered fault-free goods within 14 days according to the right of withdrawal. However, you must always collect the package from your delivery point. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency . The cancellation form can be printed from here and enclosed with the return.
Price error
In the event of an obvious price error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Force majeure
We are exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based on an extenuating circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays performance. Such liberating circumstance shall be considered, among other things, the action or omission of an authority, newly introduced or amended legislation, conflict on the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, accident of a larger scale or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
Team selection
Disputes according to these conditions shall be settled according to Swedish law.
