We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining contact with our customers and suppliers. We also need to process your personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations arising from, for example, accounting legislation etc

The data may also be used for the purpose of developing and analyzing our business on the basis of our legitimate interest in marketing, documenting and developing our business and communicating with our contacts.

We will not disclose personal data to third parties except in cases where (i) it has been specifically agreed between us and You, (ii) if it is necessary for us to fulfill a statutory obligation or to comply with an authority decision or a court decision, or ( iii) in the event that we engage external service providers who perform tasks on our behalf.

Your personal data is saved as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations. We also retain personal data in accordance with the obligation incumbent upon us, for a period of seven from the accounting date, or the longer period required by the nature of the matter. Data that is processed for the purpose of documenting, developing, analyzing our business is saved for a period of three years after the last contact.

You have the right to request information from us free of charge about the use of the personal data concerning you. We will, at your request or on our own initiative, correct or delete information that is incorrect or limit the processing of such information. You also have the right to request that your data is not processed for direct marketing purposes. You have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format or, if it is technically possible, to have the data transferred to a third party that you designate.

If you are dissatisfied with our treatment, you can submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, which in Sweden is the Data Inspectorate (www.datainspektionen.se).
We do not transfer any personal data to third countries, with the exception of when traveling to our suppliers. Before such possible transfers are carried out, you will be specifically informed about them.
